Shipping Rates - What am I going to pay?

To simply the whole shipping thing, if you purchase more than $50 USA, or $100 all other countries, in order value, shipping is FREE! Under those amounts there is a nominal charge. We're sure you understand how shipping works by now. And if not, definitely drop us a line. We'd love to discuss it with you. All dollar values are in USD.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1–5 days to produce an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 1–5 business days
  • Europe: 7-21 business days
  • Australia: 7–21 business days
  • International Other: 7–21 business days

Where will my order ship from?

Our products are produced in downtown Los Angeles, California and shipped worldwide!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@poundtherock.com.au

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Some first steps to take to locate your shipment:

  • Check your tracking details to confirm the current location of your order; it is possible that your package may have had an attempted delivery, but the courier was unable to leave your shipment for whatever reason. If this is the case, contact the courier company to arrange a second delivery time that suits you.
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us at info@poundtherock.com.au with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, once your shipment has been returned to our facility, we can resend your order to a corrected address, shipping will be at your own cost if the address was entered incorrectly. If the mistake is at our end we will cover shipping. As all Pound The Rock items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the case of wrong or inexact addresses. However, as a consolation, we would be very happy to organise a replacement of your order at a discounted rate.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@poundtherock.com.au within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
